Really special beans with a great roast
Even before I started brewing the beans were fantastically aromatic and complex with some notes of raw honey. On first sip (hot) i got Jasmine, rose, black tea, and even a strong matcha on the palette. Then as it cooled I got more strawberry and lighter fruit notes.

I work a lot so while I love coffee, I don’t usually have time to properly prepare it. After trying this over the summer I was blown away by how good it is. I’m simply dumping it into my Jura E6 superauto and it’s my go-to for my work commute. I’ve tried so many other coffees and nothing touches this. So well balanced and so many complex flavors, but they all work together in tandem to create umami with a fantastic aftertaste. The flavor never tastes confused. It’s focused and never gets old. Absolute winner.
