Kasumi is an elegant and luminous expression of Colombia’s celebrated Finca El Diviso. This rare Java variety opens with the perfumed sweetness of lychee, grapefruit and violet, followed by sparkling bergamot citrus and the delicate structure of black tea. Silky in body and vivid in acidity, the cup feels graceful and almost weightless—revealing new layers as it slowly cools.

Grown high in the mountains of Huila by the Lasso family, this remarkable micro-lot reflects Finca El Diviso’s precise and imaginative approach to coffee production. A carefully controlled anaerobic washed process amplifies the coffee’s tropical fruit and floral aromatics while preserving the clarity and refined character of the Java variety.

Kasumi takes its name from the Japanese word 霞, meaning “mist.” Like morning mist lifting from a mountainside, the coffee reveals itself gradually: first floral and ethereal, then bright with citrus and tropical fruit, before settling into a clean, tea-like finish. A quiet but captivating coffee made for slow, attentive brewing.
