Named for the Ethiopian bush-crow—an intelligent, unobtrusive presence of the highlands—this lot reflects that same grounded character. Grown by smallholder farmers cultivating heirloom varieties at high elevation, it delivers a profile that leans crisp, honest, and quietly complex.

The fully washed process keeps the cup focused, allowing its natural brightness and sweetness to come through cleanly. Lime-forward acidity gives the first sip a refreshing lift, followed by warm cocoa depth and a rounded cane sugar sweetness.
