Ceiba is a bright and expressive showcase of Guatemala’s celebrated Gesha variety. Grown at Finca San Rafael on the Pante Grande plot, this naturally processed coffee opens with an unmistakable candied-orange sweetness, layered with juicy tangerine, delicate citrus blossom, and a soft toffee finish. Silky in body and vibrant in acidity, the cup is intensely aromatic while remaining clean, structured, and remarkably easy to drink.

From the mountainous landscape of Cuilco, Huehuetenango, Ceiba reflects the work of producer Gerson Adoni Martínez Villatoro and generations of coffee cultivation at Finca San Rafael. Natural processing amplifies the Gesha’s fruit character while preserving the clarity and floral elegance that make the variety so distinctive.
