It’s hard to describe this bean. It has a sweet strawberry flavor, it has a peculiar pungency that makes this coffee unique and delicious in ways that I have no words for. I love this bean and I will be sad to see it go.
Strawberry fields is another fantastic choice for tasters alike. Its very strawberry forward with some extra tang, and a smooth body to finish. If youre looking to treat yourself to something unique, then i highly reccomend strawberry fields!
Excellently curated roast with very obvious singular fruit forward aroma and flavor of strawberry. Clean and delicious. Not too acidic for me. Love it 🔥🔥🔥
This review is difficult to articulate only due to the unfathomable amount of flavor that this offering produces. Clearly the expectation is strawberry, however this isn't some grossly sugary expression, rather a deep, earthy strawberry that pulls you in immediately for a second sip. I have never before tasted a coffee with such fidelity of flavor.
Its not all strawberry though, the supporting cast of restrained citrus as well as hints of dark chocolate bring a roundness to the offering that would be missed if not present.
This is a special offering, one I'll gladly purchase again!
