Crafted as the house espresso for our café, The Rexi Blend brings together the best of Ethiopia’s legendary terroir. A naturally processed Guji contributes vibrant fruit sweetness, while a washed Yabitu Koba adds clarity and a crisp citrus lift. The result is a lively, balanced espresso—bright yet structured, with a lingering sweetness and a sparkling finish.

Whether enjoyed as a shot or in milk, The Rexi Blend shines with its playful acidity and clean, refreshing depth.
